Confidentiality
Your health information is private.
Anything you share during a consultation stays between you and the doctor. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except when required by law.
Refund Policy
If a consultation didn't happen — the doctor didn't join, the connection failed, or you were charged for a session that never took place — you're entitled to a full refund. Just contact us and we'll return your payment.
If a consultation took place but you weren't satisfied with it, let us know within 5 days. We review these requests individually and issue a refund where it's warranted.
Cancellation Policy for Online Appointments
If you wish to cancel your online appointment with a doctor, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. In this case, your appointment will be cancelled and your payment will be fully refunded.
